My gardening journey began over 14 years ago, and I’ve since grown hundreds of varieties of annual and perennial vegetables, fruits, herbs, and edible flowers—from containers on a tiny patio to raised beds on a 1 ½-acre homestead—in two totally different climates (zone 10b where it all started, and zone 6b where I live now).
