You're invited to The CSA Cookbook release party!

Friends, mark your calendars, we are CELEBRATIN’!

I’m geeking out on brand-new Sharpies like it’s my first day of school, and I’m amped to be signing your book at The CSA Cookbook release party!

If you live in Greater Los Angeles or you’re planning to be in the area that Saturday, consider this your invitation to come out and chat me up on all things cooking or gardening (or chicken-keeping or adventuring or whatever else we fancy).

You can bring a book to have signed or you can buy a copy from Post-Future, the gallery that’s kindly hosting the event.

There will be a variety of seasonal samples from the book with ingredients provided by Whole Foods Market of Torrance.

There will be wine from Sequoia Grove Winery of Napa Valley.

There will be party favors from Red Boat Fish Sauce, La Tourangelle, and Baker Creek Heirloom Seed Company, and a raffle sponsored by Garibaldi Goods and Hedley & Bennett (with more prizes announced at the event… I’m so excited to introduce them to you).

I couldn’t do this without the generous contributions of my event sponsors, so please show those links some love and visit their sites. They are all California companies doing, making, and supporting wonderful things, and you might recognize a few of those names from the back of my book.

So, April 11! Please come. Let’s toast to good food and good folks! RSVPs are appreciated as it will help me prepare for food and drinks, but all are welcome.

  1. Linda, I just saw the review of your book over at Lisa is cooking, and wanted to say how wonderful that you left a comment to thank her… Not every author does that, and I found it classy and immediately made me jump here to say hello…. I am intrigued by the tomato leaf pesto, what a creative recipe that is!

    good luck with your book!

    1. Hi Sally, I appreciate you stopping by my blog! If you have access to tomato leaves, I certainly hope you’ll give that pesto a try! (But there are plenty more recipes that will have you thinking differently about all the unconventional parts of plants you can use.)

  2. congratulations on your book. I love your blog and have for years. I will also have to be there in spirit simce i live in north Idaho
